Gianluca Darena is an associate in the Tax Department. He represents U.S. and non-U.S. clients with respect to U.S. federal income taxation in domestic and international contexts. Mr. Darena’s focus includes domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, private equity transactions, and investment fund matters.
