Eun Jung Bae (Michelle)

Michelle Bae is an associate in the Privacy, Cybersecurity & Data Strategy Group and the AI & Emerging Technologies Group in the New York office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.  Michelle advises a broad range of clients on privacy, data security, and cybersecurity matters, including compliance with U.S. and international privacy and data protection laws, corporate transactions, and regulatory developments concerning privacy, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. Through a secondment and previous in-house experience at global financial institutions, Michelle understands the business considerations concerning regulatory and legal compliance.  Prior to joining Willkie, Michelle was the inaugural Elise Berkower Memorial Fellow at the Future of Privacy Forum where she focused on publishing a comprehensive guide on the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act.
