David Avraham

David is an associate in the Corporate and Financial Services Department. His practice concentrates on structuring, negotiating, and managing the legal aspects of complex business transactions. David has represented private equity sponsors, venture capital funds, asset managers and public and private companies in a broad array of transactional matters, including stock and asset acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, equity investments, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters. He also has significant experience representing companies, lenders, committees, boards and other stakeholders in restructuring and other distressed matters, both in and out of court.
