Willkie advised Warburg Pincus on its investment in Service Compression, LLC, a leading provider of natural gas compression services for exploration and production companies.
On January 17, Service Compression announced the closing of a preferred equity investment from Warburg Pincus through its Capital Solutions Founders Fund. The investment comes alongside a new credit facility led by J.P. Morgan and an additional capital raise led by existing and new shareholders.
Warburg Pincus is a leading global growth investor with more than $84 billion in assets under management.
