Willkie advised Indigo Capital in connection with the €120 million first close of Indigo Capital III, a mezzanine and preferred equity fund that targets a €300 million fundraise and will be dedicated to lower mid-cap investment opportunities in Europe.
Like its predecessor fund, Indigo Capital III aims to complete 20 investments by structuring a mix of junior debt and structured equity.
