New York, NY, January 2, 2024 -- Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP today announced that Sarah McLean has joined the Firm as a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and Private Equity practice. She is based in the Firm’s Houston office.
Sarah is a leader in private equity, with over 20 years of experience advising private equity funds and management teams on sophisticated and high-profile deals across the energy sector. She is the sixth partner to join Willkie’s cross-office energy team over the past twelve months.

She has been recognized as a leading dealmaker and influential woman in the energy sector, with numerous accolades for her work from legal and financial media, and legal directories. Sarah was most recently a partner at Shearman & Sterling, where she was joint head of the US Energy industry group.
