Willkie represented TradePending, a sales enablement and consumer experience software platform for car dealerships, in its acquisition of Fixed Ops Digital, LLC, a marketing and technology company supporting automotive dealerships' fixed operations departments.
TradePending, a portfolio company of Capstreet, announced on October 11 that it acquired Fixed Ops, strengthening its position in the automotive services industry. Fixed Ops implements digital marketing solutions for more than 800 franchise dealerships throughout the U.S. and Canada and uses data intelligence to help them drive more fixed operations revenue.
Capstreet is a Houston-based private equity firm that invests in lower middle market software, tech-enabled services, and industrial business services companies.
Willkie previously advised Capstreet in its investment in TradePending in 2021 and subsequently advised TradePending in its acquisitions of SnapCell, Inc. and AutoAPR.
The Willkie team was led by partners Rosalind Kruse and Aaron Savella, and included associate Zoe Sellman.
