On May 9, Keeper Security, a leading cybersecurity software provider and portfolio company of Insight Partners, announced that Summit Partners acquired a significant minority interest in the company. Willkie acted as counsel to Keeper Security and Insight Partners in connection with the transaction.

Insight Partners is a global software investor partnering with high-growth technology, software, and internet startup and ScaleUp companies. As of December 31, 2022, the firm has over $75 billion in regulatory assets under management.
