Webinar: Lifeways Deep Dive and the Future of Part 26As

On Thursday, May 4, Business Reorganization & Restructuring partner Graham Lane and associate Alexander Roy participated in a webinar hosted by Reorg, focusing on the restructuring and recapitalization of Lifeways, one of the UK’s largest specialist healthcare providers for adults with complex needs. 

The webinar titled “Lifeways Deep Dive and the Future of Part 26As” discussed the events leading up to the Group’s restructuring plans under Part 26A of the Companies Act 2006, the creditor classes affected and the key takeaways from the transaction. The panelists also considered the existing case law relating to restructuring plans and considered whether we may see more creative deals in the future.
