On November 17, Willkie client Take-Two Interactive, a global leader in interactive entertainment, announced that its subsidiary Rollic acquired Popcore, an independent mobile game developer. 

Headquartered in Berlin, Popcore develops innovative ad-driven, free-to-play games for audiences worldwide that have been downloaded globally more than 500 million times across iOS and Android. 

Rollic is an Istanbul-based game developer and publisher, focused on free-to-play hyper-casual games for iOS and Android. It has more than 2 billion lifetime downloads worldwide and 19 of its titles have reached the #1 or #2 spot in the U.S. Apple App Store

Headquartered in New York City, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is a leading developer, publisher and marketer of interactive entertainment for consumers around the globe. The company develops and publishes products  through Rockstar Games, 2K, Private Division and Zynga.

Willkie previously advised Take-Two in its $12.7 billion acquisition of Zynga.
