Willkie advised Insight Partners as lead investor in the funding round.

On December 7, Torq, a no-code automation platform for security teams, announced that it raised a $50 million Series B round, led by Insight Partners. SentinelOne and existing investors GGV Capital and Bessemer Venture Partners also participated in the funding round, bringing Torq’s total funding to $78 million.

The new funding will enable Torq to expand the delivery and accessibility of its security automation platform.

The Willkie deal team was led by partner Matthew Guercio and included associates Tai Fukumoto and Fanta Kamara.
