On September 10, Willkie represented Vaultier7 in its announced investment in Joone, a French-based company specializing in eco-conscious baby and mother-care products. The investment will enable Joone to boost its product development and innovation, as well as expand its position in France and internationally.
Founded by Montse Suarez and Anna Sweeting, and backed by elite investors, Vaultier7 is the UK's first specialist investment fund dedicated to partnering high-growth category creators and disrupters in the converging sectors of Beauty & Personal Care, Health & Wellness and Lifestyle.
Willkie also recently advised Vaultier7 on its investment in Vestiaire Collective, a leading global platform for desirable pre-owned fashion.
The deal team on the current transaction was led by partner Eduardo Fernandez and special European counsel Gil Kiener, and included associates Mathilde Vannson and Sarah Bibas.
