The Judicial Conference of the District of Columbia Circuit is honoring Willkie at its upcoming “40 at 50 Judicial Pro Bono Recognition Breakfast.” The award is presented by the Standing Committee on Pro Bono Legal Services of the DC Judicial Conferences to honor Washington law firms for outstanding pro bono legal services. The award celebrates those firms in Washington with at least 40 percent of lawyers contributing a minimum of 50 hours of pro bono legal services in 2017. The event, to be held on April 24, is attended by Judges of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia.
