Bridge Growth Partners, LP has closed on $410 million of capital commitments.
On September 30, Willkie client Bridge Growth Partners, LLC held the final closing of Bridge Growth Partners, LP and its parallel fund, Bridge Growth Partners (Parallel), LP (together, “BGP Fund I”), closing on $410 million of capital commitments. BGP Fund I is a private equity fund that will generally make growth-oriented investments in established middle market companies in the technology and technology-enabled financial services sectors.
The matter was handled by partners Phillip Isom and James Brown; and associates Kevin Kim, Meredith Levy, Giovanni Smedley and Stephanie Albano.
