Firm honored for advising on both the “LBO Deal of the Year” and “M&A Deal of the Year.”
Two Willkie deal teams were recently recognized by leading French finance publication Option Finance for their lead roles in the “LBO Deal of the Year” and “M&A Deal of the Year.” The honors were presented at the annual “Les rencontres du financement de l’économie” awards ceremony in Paris, which recognizes the most significant deals in the finance arena. The ceremony was chaired by French Minister of Budget, Bernard Cazeneuve.
In the LBO Deal of the Year category, a cross-border Willkie team was honored for representing PAI Partners in its acquisition of IPH from Investcorp. In the M&A category, the firm was honored for its successful representation of CEPL shareholder Arcapita in the restructuring and subsequent sale of CEPL to ID Logistics.
