Mr. Habert rejoins Willkie after serving in the SEC’s Division of Trading and Markets.
Willkie is pleased to welcome Jack Habert back to the firm, effective February 1, 2012. Mr. Habert left Willkie in September 2010 to join the Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Trading and Markets. At the SEC, Mr. Habert assisted with the implementation of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act. Mr. Habert was with Willkie for eight years before joining the SEC. He rejoins the firm as of counsel in the Corporate and Financial Services Department in the New York office.
