Willkie represents MLM Information Services, a leading corporate tax management and compliance solutions firm, and Warburg Pincus on the deal.
On November 7, it was announced that the parent company of Corporation Service Company (CSC) has agreed to acquire MLM Information Services, a leading corporate tax management and compliance solutions firm, from private equity firm Warburg Pincus. Willkie advised MLM and Warburg Pincus in the deal. MLM offers business solutions through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Corptax Inc. and Tax Compliance Inc., which provide software, information and services to corporate tax departments and professional services firms that enables them to comply with regulatory requirements and streamline their business processes. Wilmington, DE-based CSC is a leading global business, legal and financial solutions provider.
The deal was handled by partners Steven Gartner, Robert Langdon, Hillel Jacobson, Michael Katz and Michael Zinder, and associates Sean Ewen, Mia Ellis, Julian Golay, Robert Kofsky, Tyler Ladner, Brandon Ladoff and Gerri Anne McEvoy.
