Martin Weinstein named by Ethisphere Magazine as one of the “100 Most Influential People in Business Ethics for 2007.”

Willkie partner Martin J. Weinstein has been named by Ethisphere Magazine as one of the “100 Most Influential People in Business Ethics for 2007.”  The honor is in recognition of Mr. Weinstein’s commitment to ethical leadership and corporate social responsibility.   The list was compiled after a panel of ethics experts from top universities reviewed the credentials and accomplishments of hundreds of nominees.  Mr. Weinstein is joined on the list by some of the world’s most important names in business and government, including SEC Chairman Christopher Cox; Dell, Inc. CEO Michael Dell; Nobelaureate Al Gore; European Commissioner for Competition Neelie Kroes; PepsiCo CEO Indra K. Nooyi; Nike CEO Mark Parker; and California Governor Arnold Schwartzenegger.  

Martin Weinstein is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department in the Washington office.  He leads the Compliance & Enforcement Practice Group, representing corporations, organizations, and individuals in a wide variety of foreign business practices, compliance, and white-collar matters, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
