Willkie is serving as co-counsel with Kirkland & Ellis LLP for Facebook, Inc. in connection with 12 lawsuits filed against the company in connection with its May 18 initial public offering. All of the actions have been filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. In addition to these 12 suits, there are 5 other cases relating to the IPO in which Facebook is not a party. The Willkie team is being led by partner Richard Bernstein.
