On September 7, London Competition Litigation partner Boris Bronfentrinker and Frankfurt Litigation counsel Svenja Wachtel will speak as part of the inaugural two-day summit on Defence Finance & Disputes Hedging in Frankfurt, hosted by Nivalion Legal Finance.
At 10 am CEST, Boris will speak on a panel entitled “Class Actions – Quo vadis? Claims Bundling, Opt-in and Opt-out Trends in Europe,” and at 1:30 pm CEST Svenja will participate on the panel “Efficient Defence against Complex Claims.”
