Partner Michael Young to speak at a Forum on Financial Disclosure.
Michael will speak at a forum along with representatives from the Securities and Exchange Commission , the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, and corporations, as well as investors, lawyers, and auditors. The forum is hosted by the Financial Accounting Standards Board and is designed to provide an opportunity to engage in a constructive dialogue regarding the current state of financial disclosure and some of the recent efforts that are underway to improve the effectiveness of such disclosures.
