Stephen W. Greiner is general counsel to Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Previously he had been a partner in the Litigation Department in New York and Co-Chair of the firm’s Securities Litigation & Enforcement Practice Group. Mr. Greiner has specialized in complex commercial litigation; securities litigation and SEC enforcement matters; corporate governance litigation and counseling; intellectual property litigation; and internal investigations. Mr. Greiner has extensive experience in federal and state securities, mergers and acquisitions, and derivative litigation in courts throughout the United States. His trial experience has included complex cases of various types, including matters based upon securities law and RICO violations. Selected Professional and Business Activities

Prior to joining Willkie in 1972, Mr. Greiner served as Law Clerk to Judge Frederick van Pelt Bryan, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York (1968-1970). He also served as Assistant to Independent Counsel Arthur H. Christy, who investigated the conduct of Hamilton Jordan, adviser to President Jimmy Carter (1980). Education
