Michael Bernhardt is a partner in the Corporate and Financial Services Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Frankfurt. Mr. Bernhardt specializes in national and international M&A transactions, capital market and securities law, joint ventures and restructuring, as well as private equity transactions.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Willkie, Mr. Bernhardt was a managing associate in the Frankfurt office of Linklaters. From 2001 to 2002 he was seconded to CSFB, Frankfurt.
