Leah Campbell is a partner in the Corporate and Financial Services Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York. Ms. Campbell specializes in insurance regulation, insurance coverage and reinsurance. Ms. Campbell has extensive experience representing insurers, reinsurers, and insurance producers on matters including licensing, solvency, insurance products, investments, permissible activities, risk based capital and compliance. She assists clients in regulatory proceedings affecting acquisitions, restructurings, and inter-affiliate transactions and advises clients on agency agreements, insurance service agreements, reinsurance transactions, renewal rights arrangements, the transfer of “books of business” and life settlement transactions.
