Julien Mougel is national partner in the Corporate and Financial Services Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Paris. Mr. Mougel specializes in capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, takeovers, joint-ventures, IPOs and general corporate and securities law matters, with an emphasis on cross-border transactions.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Willkie, Mr. Mougel was an in-house M&A/capital markets lawyer within BNP Paribas.
