John R. Oller is a partner in the Litigation Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York. He is a senior member of the Securities and Shareholder Litigation Practice Group as well as the Insurance and Reinsurance Practice Group. Mr. Oller specializes in commercial litigation with particular emphasis on federal securities litigation. Mr. Oller also has significant experience handling insurance and reinsurance matters and internal and independent corporate investigations. Among his significant matters is his work on the Dell Computer Audit Committee Investigation, the Cendant Corporation Audit Committee Investigation and Report, the Rite Aid shareholder securities class actions, the Simon Properties/ Taubman Centers hostile takeover bid, the United Rentals/Cerberus litigation in Delaware Chancery Court, and the Insurance Brokerage Antitrust MDL action in New Jersey Federal Court. Mr. Oller has extensive federal appellate experience, having filed briefs in the Second, Third, Fifth, Seventh, Ninth, Eleventh and D.C. Circuits. Selected Professional and Business Activities
