Ian K. Hochman is special counsel in the Litigation Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York. Mr. Hochman specializes in e-discovery with a particular focus on implementing cost-efficient and legally defensible strategies for collection, processing, and review of electronically stored information. Mr. Hochman also specializes in trial counseling, focusing on both the substantive and technological presentation of electronic evidence at trial and most recently providing trial counseling to major accounting and insurance brokerage firms in state and federal civil trials in Illinois, California, and New Jersey. Mr. Hochman also acted as trial counsel to the former general counsel of Hollinger, Inc. in the four-month federal criminal trial United States v. Conrad Black, et al. (N.D. Ill.).
