Hillel N. Jacobson is a partner in the Tax Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York.  Mr. Jacobson specializes in federal income tax matters and advises U.S. and non-U.S. clients on partnership tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, international tax matters, bankruptcy reorganizations, matters relating to private equity funds, hedge funds and their investors, and private foundation tax matters.
