  • IK Investment Partners on its acquisition of the French food-ingredient manufacturer Savena from Azulis Capital and Céréa Capital

  • Savena Group on its acquisition of the Belgian food-ingredient manufacturer Sfinc

  • The Manoir Industries group and its shareholders (Fonds Partenaires-Lazard) on the negotiation of the group’s takeover by a distressed fund, Fin’Active and the full renegotiation of its debt under these circumstances
