Charlotte Breuvart is special European counsel in the Antitrust and Competition Practice Group of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Brussels. Ms. Breuvart specializes in European and French antitrust and competition law. Her main areas of expertise include merger control, cartels, abuse of dominance and State aids. She regularly advises French and international companies in a wide range of industries, with a special focus on the energy, defense, media, pharmaceutical and banking sectors. Ms. Breuvart is fluent in French and English. Prior Experience
Prior to joining Willkie in December 2007, Ms. Breuvart served as a senior antitrust in-house counsel at EDF, the French electricity incumbent (2006 - 2007). She was also previously an associate in the Antitrust, Competition & Trade Group of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in the Paris and Washington DC offices (2001 - 2005).
