Dr. Bettina Bokeloh is a national partner in the Tax Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Frankfurt. She specializes in cross-border tax structuring of mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate restructurings.  She has particular experience handling public-to-private transactions.

Dr. Bokeloh is fluent in German (native) and English.

Prior to joining Willkie, Dr. Bokeloh was an associate (1996-1999) at Feddersen Laule Scherzberg & Ohle Hansen Ewerwahn and a senior manager (1999-2007) at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
