Jonathan Zane is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and a member of the firm’s Finance Department. Jon regularly represents lenders, private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and asset managers in connection with a wide variety of commercial lending transactions, including acquisition, bridge, leveraged, investment grade, asset-based and corporate financings.

- Genstar Capital and its portfolio company, Cetera Financial Group, in the financing associated with its acquisition of Voya Financial Advisors
- Insight Partners in connection with acquisition financings and add-on financings
- Tenex Capital Management and their portfolio companies in various financings
- CIP Capital and their portfolio companies in numerous financing matters
- A family office in connection with financing matters related to its ownership of numerous U.S. auto dealerships
- Blackstone Credit in numerous of financing transactions, including the take private of Mimecast Ltd.
