Madison Wiles-Haffner is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department. Madison’s practice includes advising private equity firms, their portfolio companies and other public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, divestitures, carve-out transactions and general corporate and compliance matters. She has experience in various industries, including consumer goods, particularly sporting goods and apparel, financial services, pharmaceuticals and technology. Madison also regularly advises clients in the sports and equestrian sectors on sponsorship and partnership arrangements, league agreements, representation agreements and player contracts.
