Nora Ann Wallace is senior counsel in the Corporate & Financial Services Department. She focuses on advising family offices and transactions related to the fashion and cosmetic industries.

In 2020, Nora Ann was elected to serve as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Brooklyn Academy of Music, having served on the cultural institution’s Board since 1997. She is also a member of the Boards of Trustees of the BAM Endowment Trust, the Joseph Collins Foundation and the Friends of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, and previously served on the Board of Trustees of Vassar College.
Nora Ann was a member of Willkie’s Executive Committee from 1994 to 2000. She has chaired the firm’s Marketing Committee and acted as the firm’s hiring partner. In addition, Nora Ann headed the committee charged with designing Willkie’s new office headquarters and executing the firm’s move in May 1998 and office expansion in 2002.
