Jordan C. Wall is a partner in the Litigation Department.  Jordan represents public and private clients in complex commercial and cross-border disputes before trial and appellate courts in the United States, and before domestic and international arbitral tribunals.  Jordan has a wide range of experience with issues that frequently arise in international disputes, including domestic and foreign discovery, forum selection, investment protection in large-scale financial transactions, and the enforcement of judgments and arbitration agreements and awards.  Jordan has also worked across various sectors, including banking, energy, entertainment, finance, healthcare and life sciences, insurance, mining, and technology.  In addition to his commercial practice, Jordan maintains a broad pro bono practice focusing on constitutional law and civil rights advocacy.
