Andrew Thomison is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department. He represents borrowers, financial institutions, capital companies, agent banks, private equity funds and other institutional investors in connection with acquisition financings, senior and subordinated debt, working capital credit facilities, bridge loans, asset-based financings, secured and unsecured term lending, high-yield debt offerings, private placements of securities, reserve-based loans and other forms of debt financing.

  • Caliche Development Partners II – capital commitments from Orion Infrastructure Capital and GCM Grosvenor in connection with the acquisition of underground energy storage and sequestration assets
  • A private oil and gas exploration and production company - $100 million reserve-based loan
  • Jones Energy Holdings, LLC – $225 million reserve-based revolving credit facility
  • Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc. – $1.35 billion reserve-based revolving credit facility
