Riccardo Sciaudone joined Delfino e Associati Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP as a partner in the Antitrust law department. He also provides assistance in point of EU Law, Privacy and Data Protection.
Prior to private practice, Riccardo has also worked for the European Commission - Competition Directorate on State aid cases and Directorate Europe Aid on tenders financed by the European Union under its external relations policy.
In 2018 he was appointed by the International Competition Network as expert in the advocacy working group.
He is a frequent contributor to prominent Italian and international law journals.
Riccardo is fluent in English, French and Italian.
With reference to Competition Law, Riccardo assists clients before the European and Italian administrative authorities during antitrust proceedings (abuse of dominant position, abuse of economic dependence, mergers, cartels, vertical restrictions, State aid awards, unfair commercial practices). He assists clients before the Italian civil and administrative courts, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights.
Riccardo also provides assistance on data privacy issues. He represents clients before domestic and European Data Protection Authorities.
