Tim Sawyer is counsel in Willkie’s Finance Department in London. He has extensive experience acting for leading sponsors on major acquisition financings, refinancings and related transactions opposite large bank syndicates and credit funds. He advises clients across the credit spectrum on a broad range of loan products, including on complex multi-jurisdiction transactions.
