Samantha G. Prince is an associate in the Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including securities class actions, shareholder derivative actions, and other complex business disputes. Samantha also has significant experience counseling clients on regulatory and compliance matters, and has represented companies and individuals in connection with SEC, DOJ, and other government inquiries, investigations, and enforcement actions. In addition to her commercial practice, Samantha maintains an active pro bono practice, including representation of asylum seekers from around the world.

  • Representing a publicly-traded precision medicine company in DOJ and SEC investigations concerning allegations of improper billing practices, and improper financial reporting and disclosure.
  • Represented a public pharmaceutical company and Chief Executive Officer in DOJ and SEC investigations concerning disclosure and multi-forum follow-on civil litigation.
  • Represented consulting firm in successful appeal to the Supreme Court of the United States in case hailed as a “landmark decision” that will “transform international arbitration.”
  • Represented public company in securities class action and derivative lawsuits arising out of allegations of earnings management and material misrepresentations and omissions in market disclosures.
