David J. Posner is a partner and Chair of Willkie’s Private Wealth Group in New York. David focuses his practice on counseling high-net-worth individuals and family offices on a wide range of legal matters, including estate planning and estate and trust administration. He has extensive experience in the development and execution of sophisticated estate plans and wealth preservation techniques, including the preparation of complex wills, trusts and related instruments. David regularly advises clients on estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax matters.
