Robby Mostek is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and a member of the firm’s Finance Department. Robby regularly represents bank and non-bank lenders, private equity sponsors, asset managers and corporate borrowers in connection with a wide variety of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured acquisition, bridge, leveraged, asset-based and corporate financings. Robby also has experience in combined debt and equity investments and other special lending and investment situations.

- HealthEquity, Inc. in the arrangement of a $1.35 billion senior secured credit facility.
- MSD Private Capital in connection with the financing for its acquisition of West Monroe Partners Inc.
- Magnetar Capital in connection with several secured and unsecured debt and equity financings.
- Represented a large payment processing and business management software company in connection with a $770 million senior secured credit facility.
