Stephanie E. Moran is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate & Financial Services Department. Stephanie focuses on representing private equity and venture capital clients and their portfolio companies in connection with domestic and international acquisitions, investments and exits. She also represents public and private companies in connection with general corporate and securities matters, including M&A and public and private debt and equity offerings.
