Kyung Woo Kim

Kyung Woo (Kevin) Kim is a partner in the Asset Management Department in New York. Kevin’s practice focuses on private investment funds. In the area of fund formation, he has assisted private fund managers on all aspects of the structuring and formation of a wide range of domestic and international investment funds, managed accounts, investment management arrangements, incentivization plans, management company arrangements, co-investment arrangements, and related regulatory compliance across a broad range of investment strategies.

Kevin has advised sponsors and institutions on numerous transactions involving formation of strategic partnerships, establishment of asset management platforms, GP-stake sales, joint ventures and GP-led secondary transactions.
