Annie Houghton-Larsen is an associate in the Litigation Department. Her practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation, including litigation arising out of mergers and acquisitions and security class actions. Annie also has experience representing clients in government investigations and enforcement actions, including actions brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Commodity and Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). She has served on civil and criminal trial teams.

Annie also has an active pro bono practice, with a particular focus on impact litigation. Annie’s pro bono practice includes work in reproductive justice, election law, and defamation.
