Lee Henderson is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and a member of the firm’s Finance Department. Lee regularly represents private equity funds, corporate borrowers, lenders, other financial institutions and agents in a wide variety of financing transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, debt restructurings, corporate financings, fund-level credit facilities and asset-based lending. Lee also has experience in combined debt and equity investments and other special lending and investment situations.
