Samantha Glass is counsel in Willkie’s Litigation Department. Samantha has significant litigation experience in both federal and state courts and in all phases of complex commercial litigation, including pre-suit investigations through summary judgment and trial. She has represented clients in high-stakes litigation matters, including securities and consumer class actions, shareholder derivative class actions, contract disputes, and ERISA. Samantha also has experience in consumer arbitration proceedings, has counseled clients on compliance with state and federal regulations, and has provided guidance to companies during internal and governmental investigations. Her practice includes clients across various industries, including retail, pension consulting, real-estate development, and travel.

Samantha maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented individuals in civil and criminal proceedings, including civil rights cases in federal court and criminal defense matters in state court.
