Partner Amanda Amert and Senior Counsel David Nadig were honored as two of the 25 most influential people in Chicago Debates’ 25-year history. Amanda and David were recognized at the “Make Room for Debate Anniversary Gala” held on October 27 in Chicago.
Amanda is a former Chicago Debates board member, and is passionate about the transformative power of debate to open doors for students, and believes the work of Chicago Debates to provide that opportunity to students across Chicago is critically important.
David joined the Chicago Debates board in 2013, was elected board chair in 2016, and will retire from the board this year. He has been instrumental in establishing and maintaining the many connections Chicago Debates has today with the business and legal community.
