Willkie has been selected as a finalist for Private Equity Law Firm of the Year for the Chambers USA Awards 2021.
The awards are based on research for the recent edition of Chambers USA and recognize “a law firm’s preeminence in key jurisdictions in the region.” The awards also “reflect achievements over the past 12 months including outstanding work, impressive strategic growth and excellence in client service.”
Willkie represents more than 300 US and international private equity sponsors as well as portfolio companies, management teams, issuers, debt providers and financial advisors.
