On January 24, the Paris office received two honors at the 2018 Décideurs Awards in recognition of overall practice excellence. The Paris restructuring team was recognized in the “Procédures Collectives et Restructuration d’Entreprise” category with the Gold Award (Trophée d’Or), and the project finance/public law team was presented with the Silver Award (Trophée d’Argent) for excellence in the “Infrastructures, Concessions et Délégations de Service Public” category.
The restructuring team was recently noted for its successful representation of the steering committee of high-yield bond holders on CGG’s recent debt restructuring and for its lead role in the Vivarte restructuring. The project finance/public law team has been lauded for its work on the Ikitelli Integrated Healthcare project (the largest healthcare PPP in Turkey) and the Kingston Container Terminal PPP, among other projects.
Les Trophées du Droit is an annual awards ceremony dinner that recognizes top law firms in key categories. The awards were accepted by partners Alexandra Bigot and Lionel Spizzichino, and Amir Jahanguiri and Thierry Laloum.
