Turnarounds & Workouts recently announced that partner John Longmire is among only 12 lawyers nationwide to be named to its 2015 list of “Outstanding Restructuring Lawyers.”
In selecting Mr. Longmire, the leading bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed investing industry publication cited, among others, his representation of lenders in the highly contentious bankruptcy of Colt Defense and affiliates; and of Deerfield Management Company and certain affiliated funds in the successful restructuring and sale of Dendreon Corporation, as well as in connection with the bankruptcy of IMRIS and affiliates.
The honorees, who are considered leaders in their industry, were selected by Turnarounds & Workouts’ editorial staff based on recent representations and achievements, and from nominations received from leading restructuring attorneys nationwide.
